Hoya elliptica Hook f.

This hoya comes from Malaysia and it was published in 1883.

It's a climbing hoya with medium sized elliptic leaves about 5-10 cm long and 4-7 cm wide. The veines on these leaves create a net-like pattern on the leaves. Really nice leaves with some flecks.

The flowers are white and the corona has a red center. The tips of the corolla lobes point forward and each flower is about 1 cm. You'll find 5-30 flowers in each ball shaped umbel that often points up. The flowers last about 5 days and are said to have a strong fragrance at night, but I couldn't find any description of it anywhere... can't say that I have noticed any fragrance/smell either.
