Hoya sigillatis

I got this hoya as an unrooted cutting in April 2005. I was able to cut it up into three cuttings and I potted them together to get a bigger plant faster... Well, it didn't take long before I could cut the three cuttings into three more and then again... Today it's a rather big hanging plant and I've cut off the vines that get too long. I grow mine in a south facing window without protection from the sun and the foliage is almost completely red. Absolutely gorgeous!

It's blooming for the first time right now (May 9th), but it's been a long wait to see the flowers. It developped buds already in March, but these fell off... At the moment there are five peduncles with buds in different stages, so it sure has made up for the buds that fell off!
