Hoya vanuatuensis

  

 

I got this hoya as an unrooted cutting in November 2005. The person who gave it to me said it was a much nicer Hoya diptera, but this variety was recently (in 2006) published as Hoya vanuatuensis. My plant has gotten quite big and it really is much more beautiful than the "normal" diptera... Now all I want is some flowers!
 

Today (Aug 8) when I was going to take a photo of the whole plant I noticed a small growth at the tip of a new wine and it MIGHT be a peduncle... to be continued!
