Hoya wallichii

I bought this hoya as a rooted cutting in September 2002. I had always thought this hoya would be difficult to grow, but it turned out I was wrong. It grows rather fast, seems to grow in spurts and it flowered the first time in September 2003 - one year after I got it. It has flowered several times since then, but sometimes the buds only open up a little and then shrivel up and fall off. I think this is due to uneven watering... It often flowers with more than one umbel at the same time, so some bud loss is not a big problem... This is definately one of my favourite hoyas!
