Hoya thailandica

I bought this hoya as an unrooted cutting from a place in the US. I had heard so much about this hoya for a while and when I noticed this place had it and it wasn't even half the price as it was sold for here in Sweden... The cutting I received was beyond my expectations. Rather big and it rooted very fast. I cut it up in two pieces and potted them together. The leaves of that Hoya thailandica seemed smaller and lighter green than others I had seen, but there seems to be different clones in circulation...

My little plant died during a period when I didn't feel like hoya and didn't take as good care of them as I should have. After that I moved to an apartment and in a way it was good (!) that I had one less hoya to think of... During the summer of 2010 my dear boyfriend bought me a cutting and about the same time we went to a hoya meeting where I bought another cutting. They are quite easy to separate so I have potted them both together... time will tell if they are different or not. One of them bloomed for the first time in July 2011.
