Berit (an older
lady) collects
egg cups and has done this for a long time. When I first saw her
collection I was really impressed by it. I collect hoyas and she collect
egg cups - most of us collect something and some things are weirder than
others! |
| |
|
She hasn't counted them in a
while, but the last time she did she had more than 1200 of them. Most of
them are displayed here on these shelves, unfortunately in double rows
but it's an impressive sight! |

|
When I started
on my hoya website I thought I would show her egg cups to the world,
so when I was there in the spring of 2004 I took my digital camera
with me and took some quick photos of the shelves and you can see the
results here. I have told her, that once she gets more shelves and
puts them in single rows I'll take close up photos of all of them! |
| |
|
I hope you enjoyed seeing them
and if you have any that you can't find in the photos - let me know and
we could perhaps trade for hoya cuttings...? I'm always on the lookout
for new egg cups to give her, but it's getting harder and harder to find
any that she doesn't already have! |
